Photography Workshops

As in any field of endeavor - be it photography, teaching or engineering, continuing education or growth is necessary to stay excited and current in your field of expertise. When you’re self employed and have no mandatory continuing education requirements it’s easy to become, if not complacent, then at least perhaps stale and isolated. For that reason, we’ve committed to participating in various workshops as well as teaching occasional photo workshops.

GW Burns: “Lightmaster” Photo Workshop in St Louis, MO. Check out www.gwburns.com to learn about GW and see samples of his amazing figure and fashion photos. His work has been on the covers of Fit, Fit & Firm, Physique, World Physique, SRQ and Fitness Magazines.

Joe McNally: One week Photo Workshop in Santa Fe “Traveling Light”. What can you say about internationally acclaimed photographer Joe McNally who has shot cover stories for Time, Newsweek, Fortune, and Men’s Journal, been listed by American Photo as one of the 100 Most Important People in Photography and been a staff or contract photographer for Life, National Geographic and Sport Illustrated. Be prepared, if you take any lengthy workshop with Joe McNally, to be challenged and to work your butt off. Oh and you better know what you are doing before hand or you’ll be overwhelmed. His intensive workshops require submission of a portfolio for approval. A most inspiring week of photography.
